Asked, then made to answer.
For each vault: find a real holder, read maxWithdraw,
then simulate withdraw of exactly that number from that holder's own address, at head, through
eth_call. Then simulate one unit more, to find out whether the quote was the real edge.
The control
The measurement had to be able to fail.
Everything here rests on eth_call honouring from,
because every guard being tested is a check on the caller's balance. If it did not, withdraw
would sail through on a vault that holds nothing for anybody, and this sweep would report a chain full of
honest vaults.
So every vault is also called from an address that owns no shares, with the same calldata shape. That call must revert. A vault where it succeeds is not a finding — it is a broken measurement, and it is excluded and counted.

What this sweep does not claim
- The holder tested is the largest balance among the addresses each vault has touched recently,
read at head — not provably the largest holder overall. Replaying every
Transferfrom block 1 is what this node refuses. A missed whale can only make the holder tested smaller, and a smaller holder is a weaker test of a liquidity bound, so the bias runs against the finding. - 4 vaults have no shares outstanding and 2 had no holder inside the scanned window. Both are excluded and named in the table, not folded into a denominator.
- “Overstated” is a statement about this block. A vault short of liquidity now may pay in full an hour from now — which is the point, because the quote was about now.
